Design & Details
This officially licensed dress starts with a soft knit base for comfort. A zipper down the back ensures easy changing. Meanwhile, a chiffon overlay, sewn-in belt, and foam-backed shoulder clasp give the costume its toga style. Metallic wings with elastic shoulder straps, an attached tail, and a horned headband, provide signature Panic details and a Herculade-inspired purse completes the look.
