Design & Details
This inflatable costume starts simple: durable nylon materials with a sublimated print recreating Red’s familiar feathers. A small black tail is featured on the back of the costume, and a red tuft is featured on the top. Red’s stern, determined facial expression is screen-printed just above a prominent yellow beak on the front, ensuring the costume looks ready to play.
A zipper down the back of the costume makes dressing easy, while openings for legs ensure your mobility isn’t restricted. Zippered openings on either side of the costume offer the choice of keeping your arms in for a perfectly spherical shape or popping your hands out to hold and carry whatever you need. Meanwhile, a mesh panel at the top of the costume provides limited vision while wearing it.
Of course, the costume doesn’t come to life until it’s blown up! A circulating fan on one side of the costume does precisely that. Install the necessary batteries in the included pack, flip the power switch, and in seconds, Red takes shape around you. Flip the switch again and unzip the costume to quickly get out of character.
